Solar Company Awarded Partner Status from World Leading Brand
One of the region’s leading solar energy companies SALOP ENERGY Commerical LTD who are based in Shrewsbury at Maverick business park, have recently been recognised by one of the world's leading manufacturers of photovoltaic cells.
SHARP who recently doubled capacity at their Wrexham based European production plant and received a visit from his Royal Highness The Prince of Wales, have awarded Salop Energy Commercial Ltd SHARP PV Partner status.
PV Partner status from SHARP is only awarded to established solar energy installation companies who can prove they will deliver a high end product and represent SHARP UK's range of solar modules in a professional manner befitting a world renowned brand.
Only a handful of Solar energy companies out of many thousands in the UK have been selected to have partner status by SHARP.
Among a number of benefits associated with becoming a SHARP PV Partner, SALOP ENERGY Commerical are now able to buy direct from SHARP allowing them to offer very competitive pricing on the range of Sharp solar products.
Gordon Ryan Director of Salop Energy Commercial Ltd explained “We are immensely proud that a global leading brand and one of the major players in the solar industry which SHARP certainly are, has identified our company as one they feel they wish to be both associated with and can work with.
"When we set up Salop Energy Commercial Ltd three and a half years ago, we were absolutely determined to succeed in what was then an industry in its infancy.
"Almost immediately we identified SHARP solar products as high quality and a brand people both knew and trusted.
"With cheap Chinese products now appearing to be the 'order of the day' for a lot of our competitors, Partner status with SHARP UK will now mean this is a route we will not have to take in order remain competitive within the marketplace.
"We will be offering everything from the new SHARP range of solar products, including full system kits which are extremely cost effective for our residential clients and these will also be made available to our trade customers.
"Of course our bespoke designed systems will continue, and again as a result of this brilliant evolvement these will now also be more cost effective."
Andy Watts SHARP UK national account manager said "I am delighted to welcome Salop Energy Commercial Ltd aboard, when I recently visited their showroom in Shrewsbury I was most impressed, They presented our products in an extremely professional environment and all staff were very knowledgeable.
"In what has recently been a very challenging period for the industry due to the controversy surrounding the governments cuts to the feed in tariff scheme, it is important we work with the right companies who can help restore faith with consumers who have been confused by recent events.
"The government have now agreed and committed publicly that solar energy is going to play a big part in their plans for future energy generation (22 gigawatt's by 2020) and we at SHARP UK look forward to working with Salop Energy Commercial Ltd and contributing to help meet these targets.
